Hi there. I’m Jeni. Are you feeling lost, alone or sad? Are you struggling a bit to make sense of things or to process a loss or new stage in life? Do you want help identifying ways to slow your head down or to back those mean internal voices off? Do you suspect you might have ADD? Are you an adult in recovery from recent or early childhood abuse? I help people from all walks of life, at all ages and stages, deal with grief, anxiety, depression, and previous trauma. This might mean we take a solution focused approach to your immediate concerns, or it might mean we identify and process some of that early childhood trauma you’ve been carrying around for so long. We’ll use a holistic approach, attending to the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit. No matter what you’re dealing with, I’m here to help. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I’ll meet you with compassion and evidence-based practices to to help you reach your therapy goals.
After our first session together, you will leave with reassurance that you are not in this alone! We will develop a customized treatment plan just for you, focusing on your specific area of need. Whether it’s skills building, development of insight, or processing relationship concerns or previous trauma, we will tailor our plan to meet your individual therapy goals.
A firm believer in evidence based practice, I utilize a variety of therapeutic methods. Your treatment may involve, for example, brief solution focused therapy, CBT, DBT. We may utilize interventions involving mindfulness, play therapy, or expressive therapy.
My strengths include pattern tracking, enhancement of emotional intelligence, and compassionate support while you develop new insights and skills.
