I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Clinical Supervisor. My professional career in the counseling field expands over 14 years as a licensed professional in addition to several additional years in clinical and professional settings. My training and experience has allowed me to obtain a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Business, a professional license as a LPC, and a certification as a professional clinical supervisor. My experience includes many years of treating adolescents, adults, and couples in the areas of Depression, Anxiety, Conflict Resolution, Self-esteem, Christian counseling, and Counseling of Professionals. I have had the great pleasure of working in numerous behavioral health care settings with various levels of care, as well as many years in clinical administrative settings. It is my belief that therapy is a journey of exploration, growth, and healing for my clients. Every client has a unique story that has shaped their current experience in life. I look forward to helping my clients through that individual story and journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can anticipate a no-judgement interaction focused on their needs and well-being as we collaborate on the presenting issues and desired outcome for treatment. Clients can also anticipate a biopsychosocial assessment to assess current symptoms, history of symptoms, history of treatment, medical history, risk factors, barriers to treatment, and presenting needs to develop a comprehensive plan of care.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider is an ability to provide empathy, demonstrate great insight, and solution-focused treatment to my clients.
