My area of expertise includes anxiety issues, stress, anger management, depression, coping skills and mood disorders including bipolar. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will collaboratively complete a comprehensive assessment that outlines your demographics, background and presenting issues. We will then discuss and develop a treatment plan which will guide our working relationship together. We will focus on And prioritize the issues that brought you into therapy.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I was trained in this method over 10 years ago and feel confident in the positive outcomes of approach. I would use this approach to assist client in understanding and identifying the correlation between thoughts, feelings and behaviors. This technique is effective with clients struggling with anxiety, depression and SA use

Psychoeducation

I have over 8 years of higher education and understands the importance of ensuring that people understand their diagnosis, treatment methods and other information that’s vital to the client.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Often times there may be a “quick” solution to a given issue. I would utilize this approach to assist the client in prioritizing their needs and implement a pragmatic solution in the moment.
