Hi! I am a board-certified psychiatrist providing mental health services centered on the whole you, not on your symptoms. I completed my academic training with a Columbia Public Psychiatry Fellowship in 2014. Mindfulness, diversity, inclusivity, respect and compassion are pillars of my work. I hope I can support your empowerment journey by helping you find effective ways to address the challenges you are facing, being true to yourself, and making your own choices about how to fulfill your aspirations.
Your first session is a collaborative conversation for us to understand your whole story—mind, body, and spirit. We’ll explore not only your mental health symptoms but also lifestyle factors, physical health, nutrition, relationships, stressors, and sources of meaning and connection. Together, we’ll discuss your goals for treatment and begin creating a personalized care plan that may integrate psychotherapy, mindfulness, nutrition, movement, natural supports, and—if appropriate—medication in a thoughtful, minimal, and evidence-based way. You can expect a compassionate, judgment-free space where your experiences are honored and your strengths are recognized. The goal of this session is not only to make a diagnosis, but to begin understanding how to restore balance and support your well-being at every level.
At Ki' Wellness, I offer holistic telepsychiatry/ online services in Georgia and Florida through Grow. Hablo español (mi primer idioma). Falo português também. My experience comes from formal training, including board certification, over 10 years of clinical work, and my own journey with stress management struggles. I combine mindfulness approaches, integrative medicine, lifestyle modifications and/or the use of medications or evidence-based supplement use to help you feel better and regain your natural capacity to enjoy life and thrive.

I don't just prescribe medications. I use psychotherapy and integrative approaches to help you go from "dis-ease" to ease. I do not help people "be normal". I support their journey to recover balance in order to achieve their unique goals. I address historical trauma with a decolonizing approach. I believe that ancestral knowledge, unconditional love & reconnecting with the rest of nature are crucial for humanity to heal.
