Together we will uncover your power and courage to know that you can do difficult things. I help motivate my clients to keep going despite the challenges.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My therapeutic style is open, encouraging, compassionate, challenging, and fun. In our first session, I want to get to know you! We’ll explore what change looks like for you and identify the values and strengths that keep you going. Together, we’ll discuss the changes you want to see in yourself and what has stood in the way. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive space for your journey of self-discovery and growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

In addition to my warm and authentic approach, I incorporate evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. My areas of expertise include managing anxiety, improving self-esteem, and navigating life transitions. I'm dedicated to helping you build a life that's in line with your values and goals, providing a blend of empathy, insight, and practical strategies.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with individuals, couples, and groups facing challenges such as work stress and burnout, behavioral addictions, and relationship issues. My experience spans working with college students and a diverse range of clients who strive to be their best selves. As a Certified Therapeutic Game Master, I incorporate Role Playing Games like Dungeons and Dragons into my therapy sessions to facilitate growth and healing.

He listened to everything I had on my plate and was beyond helpful. Scheduled another appointment with him to start diving deeper into what has been going on. Beyond thankful for him and his approach. He makes stepping into therapy a positive feeling.

Jared was extremely Good at just getting my heart to open up without even thinking about it. Very easy to talk to. Also provided me with some very difficult but necessary questions which I enjoyed.

He is so laid back and makes you go through the discovery process yourself, which is good. But it is impossible to get him to give a straight answer to questions or to share counsel.
