By addressing the mind, body, and spirit, I aim to uncover and treat the root causes of mental health challenges while offering personalized interventions. With a focus on patient-centered care, I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative treatment options for individuals of all ages, specializing in anxiety, mood disorders, addictions and neurodivergent conditions. I respect each patient’s uniqueness and prioritize education and open communication to ensure they fully understand their treatment goals and feel empowered to take an active role in their care. My experience includes treating patients in critical care units, house supervisor of a large detox/residential drug and alcohol facility and providing outpatient psychiatric services in person and via telehealth.

Before going into healthcare in 2016, I was in the business sector. With over 23 years of experience in the corporate world, I spent my career managing large sales and marketing divisions in the enterprise data security sector, leading geographically dispersed cross-functional teams. My work required not only strategic thinking and a deep understanding of complex technical landscapes but also a strong focus on cultivating talent and fostering growth within my teams. I was passionate about mentoring employees, guiding them through the challenges of their roles, and helping them thrive in high-pressure environments. Watching people grow, achieve their professional goals, and take on leadership roles themselves was one of the most rewarding aspects of my business career. In addition to my leadership responsibilities, I was deeply committed to building strong, strategic partnerships both within the company and in the broader community. I believe that success isn’t just about achieving business goals but also about creating lasting, meaningful connections. By nurturing these relationships, I helped drive innovation, foster collaboration, and create new opportunities for my teams and the organization as a whole. Over time, I recognized that my true passion lies in empowering others—whether through mentorship, professional development, or community engagement. This realization eventually led me to pursue new opportunities where I could combine my corporate experience with my desire to make a more direct, personal impact on others.
