About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with adults, older adults, children and families. My approach to therapy is to meet client’s where they’re at, creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment to work through life’s challenges. I work together with my clients to establish and support their goals so that they will ultimately discover and develop their inner strengths. My goal is for clients to explore, develop and gain healthy coping skills to thrive. I provide support and guidance to individuals dealing with issues such as anxiety and depression, as well as the stresses that can arise from relationships, career, aging and other life changes. My clinical approach is strength-based, and trauma informed. I also incorporate modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused brief therapy and mindfulness.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our initial session, we will begin with brief introductions and then explore the particular challenges you're dealing with. This will allow me to develop a personalized plan to guide us through our future sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to truly listen and empathize with my clients. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients to identify the root cause of challenges and develop a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am passionate about working with adults who are struggling with anxious and sad feelings. My clients are ready for a change and eager to improve but lack the tools needed to bring their goals into fruition. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious or depressed about life stressors.
