I hold space for empathic, self-aware women those who have been silently shape-shifting, overcompensating, and staying too long in environments and relationships that never saw their worth. I created this space because I was that woman too. For years, I tried to earn my belonging. I minimized myself, ignored my needs, and believed love had to be earned through performance, perfection, or people-pleasing. I silenced my truth to keep the peace. But beneath the masks was a soul craving to be seen, heard, and held as she was. No fixing, no proving, just being. My healing journey began the moment I decided to stop outsourcing my worth. Through deep inner work, spiritual reconnection, and holistic practices that align the mind, body, and soul I discovered that healing is less about becoming someone new and more about remembering who you’ve always been. That remembering led me here to this sacred work, this calling, and this container I now offer to you. As a licensed certified clinical therapist grounded in holistic healing that utilizes attachment theory, mindful self compassion, and cognitive behavioral therapy along with other holistic modalities to help women heal people pleasing, resentment, and reclaim worthiness, I am here to walk beside you as you uncover the truth of who you are beneath the coping and survival patterns. It’s completely natural to feel some anxiety leading up to your first appointment. At The Aligned Mindset, we understand that taking this step isn't always easy, and we commend you for prioritizing your well-being. Our team is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where you can feel at ease and leave each session with a sense of relief. During your initial visit, you will be guided through the counseling process and assisted in completing any necessary paperwork. Also during this session time will be taken to discuss your primary concerns, goals, and expectations for therapy. Your therapist will also explain the boundaries of confidentiality and work with you to establish a consistent session schedule that fits your needs.
