Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Pheonix. At the moment, I help adults, adolescences, and children struggling with suicidal ideation, hopelessness, and low self-worth find themselves. I have been using a person-centered approach for the past 9 years working with individuals and families struggling with and managing severe to acute mental illness.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session we will go through introductions. Then you and I will discuss and explore your reason for seeking therapy, your symptoms, stressors, what has worked and what hasn't. We will use what we find to define the structure, priorities, goals, and work we will be doing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a person-centered therapist I do not judge people's behaviors. I find most people experiencing any level of mental illness often know the answer to their pain; however, struggle facing it due to shame and guilt, the fear of it becoming worse, or that they will express this pain and not be heard. I like the fact I can often create an environment where a person can explore these thoughts safely.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy listening to a person's story and helping them identify the pain they are avoiding talking about.
