(she/her)
Welcome! You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward—and that’s okay. Life can throw a lot at us, especially during times of transition or change. Therapy can help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, develop tools to manage it, and reconnect with your own resilience. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can do just that. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California with over seven years of experience working with adults and young adults. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you already have strengths that can help you through your current challenges—we just need to uncover and use them!
I use a strengths-based, client-centered approach to help individuals better understand themselves and build confidence in navigating anxiety, stress, work or academic pressures, and relationship concerns. We’ll work together to identify what's working, where you're getting stuck, and how to create meaningful change. In our first session, we’ll discuss what brought you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. From there, we’ll create a treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals—your personal roadmap to growth.
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. If you’re looking for someone who will meet you with warmth, respect, and curiosity, I invite you to reach out- I would be honored to support you in your journey!
I work with adults of all ages, but I especially enjoy supporting those in early adulthood who are navigating new independence, career decisions, identity exploration, and evolving relationships. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected—and leave with a greater sense of clarity, self-trust, and direction.
Strength-Based
I focus on the strengths of each individual. Even when things get hard, we all still have strengths we bring to the table and levels of resilience that can often surprise us.
