Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based on California. I received my degree from CSU Fresno and have been working in the mental health field for over 7 years.
In our first session, we will begin with introductions to get to know each other. I will answer any questions about the process. I will ask about challenges and goals and together create a plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.
I believe my greatest strengths as a therapist is my client centered approach and ability to connect with clients of all ages.
I love working with kids, teens, young adults struggling with behavioral concerns, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation. I also have experience working with adults going through life transitions/stressors, depression, anxiety trauma and severe mental illness.
