New to Grow
Welcome! I'm accepting new clients with immediate openings. I offer in-person and virtual sessions to fit your needs. I provide therapy for children, teens, adults, and families—supporting all life stages. Whether you're facing transitions, anxiety, depression, or ADHD, I'm here to help. Together, we'll create a safe, supportive space with compassionate care and personalized strategies. My approach is gentle and supportive, using proven methods like mindfulness, person-centered care, solution-focused strategies, play therapy techniques, and expressive arts. I tailor each session to your goals and strengths, working together to help you feel confident, empowered, and cared for. With years of experience supporting individuals, families, and youth, I offer a warm, inclusive space to explore life’s challenges. You don’t have to face things alone. My practice is rooted in compassion and care. I’d be honored to support your journey—reach out when you’re ready to take that first step.
I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety or trauma related to current or past experiences, as well as Life stages and transitions. During our first sessions, we will explore what you are looking to gain through your therapy journey. We will build attainable goals and explore avenues to healing by using a variety of tools and techniques through a collaborative approach.
My greatest strengths lie in creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel truly seen and supported. I draw on nearly years of experience working with individuals, families, and youth, using approaches such as mindfulness, person-centered therapy, solution-focused strategies, and expressive arts. For younger clients, I integrate play therapy and behavioral techniques, while nature-based reflections and the calming presence of my therapy dog, Conner, bring grounding and comfort to sessions. I tailor each approach to the unique needs of my clients, helping them build confidence, resilience, and practical skills that foster lasting growth and stronger relationships."
Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing and the goals you hope to reach—whether that’s finding more calm in daily life, easing anxiety, or strengthening relationships. We’ll map out where you’d like to be in the coming months and create practical strategies to help you get there. You’ll leave our first session with clear, immediate steps you can take to feel more grounded right away. Along the way, I’ll bring in tools like mindfulness practices, nature-based reflections, and the calming presence of my therapy dog, Conner, to support your journey. Our work will be collaborative, with space for your input and accountability so that you feel empowered and supported every step of the way. I work with parents seeking support for their children who may be navigating challenges such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, peer relationships, identity concerns, or family conflict. Together, we’ll build practical skills and strategies that strengthen family connections and foster resilience. I provide guidance not only for your child but for you as a parent, helping you feel equipped with a toolbox of approaches to support growth and healing at home.
