As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) I can assist you in working through your anxiety to help you deal with life on your terms. , As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), I am knowledgeable about how what we eat and take into our bodies impact mental health issues. First session
Together we will explore what coping strategies you have used in the past, what worked and didn't work for you and I will assist you in refining these and learning new ones. We will process together how your life's experiences have effected you and your mental health and outlook on life.

One of my biggest strengths is accepting people where they are in life and who they are. I have extensive experience working with people from all walks of life from people that work in various trades, professionals to people on disability. In my experience everyone needs assistance dealing with life at some point in their life and that frequently we have more similarities than differences.
