Holding a safe space for LGBTQ and culturally affirming work is an important part of my practice. I look to honor all of the intersectionalities that affect your life with empathy and kindness.
First session
In the first session you can expect to go over what brings you to therapy, and start to get to know each other to build a therapeutic relationship so we can begin working on overcoming your struggles.
