About me

Hi, my name is Stephanie! Life is cookie-cutter and I don't believe therapy should be either. If you are struggling through any form of loss, weather loss of a loved one, identity, or pet loss you don’t have to do it alone. Anxiety, ranging moods, interpersonal issues, or anything you're feeling ready to explore I incorporate traditional and non-traditional approaches to meet your needs. Many find sitting on a couch very grounding and comforting while many others would rather take advantage of an open space to move around. Vulnerability takes courage, which is something we can discover and process together. My background is in dance/movement therapy and animal-assisted therapy.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then move towards the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in future sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe in the significance of validation. Validating you through your time of transition or grief is a role I am comfortable with. My early years as a therapist, I worked heavily with substance use, crisis support, grief and loss, and those searching for their identity. Through my years of practice, I continue to sit in the vulnerable places with my clients and help them recognize their abilities to sit there too.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve
