Hello, and welcome to this phase of your journey! I am an LCSW providing private practice therapy in Chico, CA. My personal journey includes parenting bio and adopted children/teens/adults, attachment challenges, neurodiversity, gender and sexuality exploration and discovery, marriage, divorce, trauma, grief, loss, healing, and immense joy. My professional experience has included helping people navigate all of these, plus PTSD (both chronic and acute,) Perinatal Mental Health and Mood Disorders, Autism, ADHD, Intimate Partner Abuse, Bipolar disorders, severe mental health issues, substance use, and homelessness. If you or someone in your life experiences any of these things, I am a therapist who understands and can help you heal.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, all you have to do is show up. I provide a safe, warm, welcoming space for us to get to know each other, where you will be supported in untangling your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I will help you find and use your unique strengths to overcome your unique challenges.

I have a wide range of personal and professional experience, but you are the expert in your own life. My practice is a judgement free space, where we will work together to find which tools work best for you.
