About me

Hello! I'm a licensed therapist in the state of Minnesota - I received my Masters from the University of St. Thomas and have been practicing for 16 years. I help individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles and their faith. I work with my clients to build a safe and supportive relationship so you can explore the patterns in your life and begin to feel more secure and connected.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard and supported. We'll begin by finishing any assessment paperwork if you'd prefer to fill them out together, and then we'll talk about what brought you to therapy and explore your goals. There's no pressure to have it all figured out; we'll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a provider, I create a nonjudgmental space with deep attunement to emotional and relational dynamics. I am committed to helping clients feel truly seen and understood. I integrate clinical insight with empathy and intuition, allowing me to guide clients through both deep emotional work and practical steps toward healing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with individuals who are ready to dive deeper - those who are seeking healing, connection, and meaning in their lives. I'm especially passionate about supporting people through relationship struggles, emotional wounds, and faith journeys. Whether you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of your next step, I'm honored to walk with you through that process.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

In my practice, I use attachment-based therapy to help clients explore how their early relationships with caregivers have shaped their current patterns in relationship, emotional regulation, building a secure, trusting therapeutic relationship, which serves as a corrective emotional experience. Through this connection, you can begin to heal attachment woulds, develop healthier interpersonal dynamics and cultivate a stronger sense of self.

Christian Counseling

For clients who would like to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process, this approach combines psychological principles with biblical truths to support emotional healing and personal growth. I respect each client's individual beliefs and meet them where they are, creating a space where faith can be a source of strength and guidance in their journey toward healing.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help individuals understand and transform negative emotional patters that impact their relationships. EFT focuses on identifying core emotions and attachment needs, fostering emotional safety, and creating deeper, more secure connections. By working through these patterns together, clients can experience lasting change in how they relate to themselves and others.
