What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing by reviewing the intake questionnaire you complete prior to the session. This will help me create a tailored individualized plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I primarily take Person-centered and Solution-Focused therapy approaches by utilizing at least CBT, DBT, imagery, meditation, deep breathing, relaxation, and journaling information and techniques. Each client is unique and I work closely with each client to explore and develop interventions best suited for their individualized treatment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I pride myself in creating healthy therapeutic relationships with clients while providing evidenced-based person-centered and solution-focused individualized treatment plans and interventions specific to the individual client's needs. No two clients are the same!
