New to Grow
I''m a bilingual LCSW with experience working with individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. I use an empathetic and collaborative approach, drawing from evidence-based practice to provide tools for growth and change. My approach is centered on creating a safe, non-judgmental space that empowers you on your journey. You can look forward to open, honest communication and a collaborative effort to help you reach your goals. While meaningful change may take time and dedication, you can make steady progress as long as you put in the effort. My ultimate goal is to support you through your journey and help you become the best version of yourself.
In our first session together, we will get to know each other. We’ll start by reviewing your background, discussing the specific challenges that led you here, and defining your personal goals for therapy.
My therapeutic style blends compassionate listening with active guidance. While I provide a safe, open space for you to explore your feelings, I will also gently challenge you to pursue meaningful growth when the time is right. My ultimate goal is to empower you as you work through the challenges that brought you here.
My practice is dedicated to helping individuals navigate significant life challenges, offering specialized support for those coping with medical diagnoses—such as cancer—and their primary caregivers. I also help clients through anxiety, depression, major life changes, academic pressure, parenting struggles, and burnout. I partner best with motivated individuals who are ready to commit to meaningful, long-term personal growth. My goal is to guide you through the changes you are looking to make.
