Rob's approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practice, and a deep understanding of how trauma and life stressors impact mental and emotional well-being. Rob worked as a mental health therapist, substance abuse counselor, and personal trainer, which has led him to believe in treating clients with a holistic approach that includes mind, body, and spirit. Rob is an experienced couples therapist skilled in overcoming affairs and communication issues. Rob works with clients to help them navigate the complexities of emotional pain and life transitions to uncover the underlying causes that contribute to mental distress.

My personal experience dealing with mental health issues sets me apart from many practitioners. I am doing the same things my clients are to maintain my own mental health so I live the solutions everyday.

With over 8 years of clinical experience, Rob is a compassionate and highly skilled therapist who specializes in treating addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship challenges and more. Rob in in recovery from substance use disorder and has a history of dealing depression, anxiety, and PTSD so he is able to better understand clients from his own personal experience and struggles. Rob uses a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, dialectal behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care to help clients gain insight, reduce symptoms, and improve their overall quality of life. He provides a safe, supportive space to process trauma using proven evidence based modalities.
