In our first session together, here's what you can expect
First session the focus will be on rapport building. Rapport building is a relationship characterized by agreement, mutual understanding, or empathy that makes communication possible or easy. This is done by providing a safe, non-judgmental space for one to express themselves open and comfortably. This can provide an opportunity for the client to experience firsthand my personal style and decide if my style is a good fit for you. After all, this is all about you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strength, I have been told, is the ability to provide a safe place where individuals have felt not only comfortable, but a sensation of engaging with an old friend. I believe in the power of words and attempt to be cautions in the words I speak and provide support, guidance and a place of peace and kindness.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I enjoy working with all clients, and welcome new or rare circumstances which lead for a person to seek services. My passion is working with individuals transitioning into the next phase in life. Weather a new job/ career, death or birth of a loved one, new relationship or starting all over, all take time to adjust to a new you. The average person takes about six months to adjust to new changes, I can provide support by normalizing some thoughts and behaviors and assisting guidance to the person you seek to reach.

Claudia truly hears what i am saying. She is intuitive and open minded. If it weren't for her I would have still been locked in my PTSD with all of my fears and pain for more years. Now it's brought me to working on the experiences from the past pain and issues I have hidden away for years. I learn more about myself every session.
