I choose to practice trauma-informed care because intention and corrective experiences are important aspects of healing. I help clients identify strategies they can apply towards stressors impacting their lives to experience relief from suffering, develop communication skills, practice healthy coping, and improve confidence. I love championing my clients towards their best selves while contributing encouragement, empathy, and hope for a bright future.
