I believe that every person deserves a safe space where they can feel accepted, understood, and supported. Clients often describe me as warm, approachable and easy to talk to. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship where you can feel it is okay to be you, even when discussing difficult topics. I use a combination of CBT, person-centered therapy and mindfulness to help clients gain insight, build coping skills and move toward their goals. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns or other challenges I will meet you where you are and work alongside you, at your pace, to create meaningful change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness in my practice. In our first session we'll focus on what brought you to therapy and collaborate together on ways to move forward. Utilizing CBT and mindfulness we will explore how thoughts affect emotions and ways to be present with yourself. I strive to provide a warm, welcoming space to be yourself.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach to sessions is based on meeting the client where they are at. Some sessions are about holding space to sit and process while other sessions may move more toward challenging your thoughts and holding space for what may come up.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adult clients who may be struggling with anxiety, stress, ADHD, depression, life transitions, women's health, relationship concerns or feelings of being overwhelmed by the demands of daily life. Together, we create a safe and supportive space to explore challenges, build coping skills, strengthen resilience and develop a greater sense of balance and confidence. I use a collaborative approach that integrates CBT, person centered therapy and mindfulness techniques to help clients make meaningful and sustainable changes.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I've found CBT to be one of the most effective tools for helping clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, depression or just feeling stuck. We'll work to challenge unhelpful thought patterns and develop practical strategies that support lasting change. My goal is to help you build confidence, feel empowered and equipped to navigate life's challenges.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I believe meaningful change happens when clients genuinely feel heard, understood and accepted. Using a person-centered approach, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental, warm space where you can safely explore thoughts, emotions and experiences at your own pace. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership and trust that you are the expert of your own life. Together, I hope to help build on your strengths, self awareness and work toward meaningful goals that are meaningful to you.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

When people find themselves caught up in worries about the future or regrets about the past mindfulness helps us learn how to stay grounded in the present moment. I use mindfulness to help you develop greater awareness and self compassion to help reduce stress, improve emotional regulation and create a greater sense of balance. These skills can be especially helpful for managing anxiety, overwhelm, life transitions and everyday life demands.
