Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will give us the opportunity to get to know each other further and I will begin to ask you about your past and history of mental health. We will talk about what is going on at this moment that you need clarity on and develop goals for our time together. I will be available to answer any questions that you may have.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Whether you're holding it all together on the outside while crumbling on the inside, or you're simply tired of carrying the emotional load alone, I’m here to help. My approach is warm, real, and grounded in creating a safe space where you can feel seen without judgment. I am laid back and there to listen to you during every session. I don't come in with my own agenda or run the show. It is your time, and you decide what you would like to talk about in session. I keep an open mind to situations without judgement. I am very understanding/ accommodating. Let's talk about what is important to you. Let me help you and give you a new perspective
