I am a licensed mental health therapist in California; working with young adults and professions dealing with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Over the past 8 years, I have worked with a diverse group of people including toddlers, kids, teens, families, and adults. My professional work has also led me to work with individuals experiencing homelessness, severe mental illness, substance abuse, and undergoing crises. I'm passionate about mental health and want to help you live a fulfilling daily life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will give us the opportunity to get to know each other further and I will begin to ask you about your past and history of mental health. We will talk about what is going on at this moment that you need clarity on and develop goals for our time together. I will be available to answer any questions that you may have.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am laid back and there to listen to you during every session. I dont come in with my own agenda or run the show. It is your time and you decide what you would like to talk about in session. I am relatable and keep an open mind to situations without judgement. I will keep it real with you and am very understanding/ accommodating.
