Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) based in Florida. I received my master's from Troy University and have been practicing/working the field for 20+ years. I help people from ages 13 to 99 years old struggling with mental health issues, family dysfunction, life stressors, relationship problems, or substance use issues become the best version of themselves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with a brief introduction, then discuss the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a specific plan for us to work through each of those challenges for follow-up sessions. Please don't be afraid to ask any and all questions you may have regarding therapy, the process and anything in between.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with all ages and gender for the past 20 years, my greatest strengths as a counselor/therapist is by being genuine, approachable and honest so that clients feel comfortable.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with adolescents to our geriatric population on their life self-discovery.
