I don't see the world and people in it as problems but potential solutions to problems they face. Too many times, labels are placed on people when all that is needed is somebody to talk to and help them process through their thoughts and feelings at hand. During sessions, you can expect a "down to earth" warm, safe, engagement. It is my goal to provide a place where you feel comfortable in saying what's on your mind without feeling judged.
