I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works collaboratively with adults seeking healing, personal growth, and healthier relationship patterns. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your self-worth, and move toward lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your life and relationships.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’d like to change or improve, and what you’re hoping to get from therapy. You can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where you can share at your own pace.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients often tell me they appreciate my ability to go deep emotionally while also being practical and goal-oriented. I balance compassion with gentle honesty and structure so you not only feel understood, but also leave therapy with clarity and direction.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I primarily work with adult individuals and couples, especially women, who are feeling stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, struggling with self-doubt, depression, or carrying the impact of past experiences. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed in their relationships or disconnected from themselves and are looking for a deeper understanding of why these patterns keep showing up. They are often insight-oriented and motivated to grow, heal, and build healthier, more secure relationships with themselves and others.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I am a Certified DBT Professional and integrate DBT skills to help clients regulate emotions, navigate distress, and improve communication. My goal is to provide practical tools that support greater stability, confidence, and healthier relationships.

Gottman method

In couples work, I use the Gottman Method to help partners better understand each other, navigate conflict more effectively, and rebuild closeness. I have completed Level 1 and Level 2 Gottman Method training and incorporate structured, research-based tools to support healthier, more secure relationships.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients better understand the different “parts” of themselves that may feel in conflict. This approach supports healing by fostering self-compassion, reducing inner criticism, and support a stronger, more confident sense of self.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Trauma-informed care in therapy provides a sensitive and supportive framework for clients who have experienced trauma. Therapists trained in this approach prioritize the client's autonomy, choice, and empowerment, allowing them to navigate the healing process at their own pace. Through a trauma-informed lens, therapy aims to minimize retraumatization, promote resilience, and facilitate meaningful recovery, acknowledging the profound impact trauma can have on mental health and well-being.
