My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use cognitive behavioral therapy to empower clients by helping them understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Throughout my 14 years of being a therapist I have used CBT to address a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress and trauma.

Grief Therapy

My seven years of hospice social work experience has provided me with extensive exposure to grief therapy, including supporting individuals and families through the emotional, physical and spiritual challenges of loss. By integrating my social work expertise with grief therapy principals, I can help clients navigate the complex emotions of loss, develop coping strategies and rebuild their sense of purpose.

Motivational Interviewing

I have used motivational interviewing to support clients facing significant challenges, such as managing chronic illness, coping with grief or navigating life transitions. By creating a supportive and collaborative space, I have worked with clients to explore their hesitations about change and uncover what truly motivates them.
