I have worked with adolescents and adults of all ages on issues ranging from depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma, phase of life changes, relationship troubles, and many more. I have a passion for working with individuals who want to find ways to make changes in their lives. I use holistic and strength-based approaches in my clinical work and use a variety of styles from a few different modalities to best address your needs. I particularly enjoy utilizing strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy.
