New to Grow
With over 21 years of clinical experience, I help individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and confidence. As a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania and Florida, I have worked with adults across a wide range of concerns. For more than 13 years, I have provided telehealth services, allowing clients to access support in a flexible and comfortable way. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and to develop practical tools that create lasting change.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session together will focus on getting to know one another, and allowing me to learn about your concerns. This will allow me to customize our therapeutic journey together to suit your needs as best I can.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My love of helping people gain a better understanding of how to navigate their mental health is my biggest strength. Watching people learn new skills and have those "Aha!" moments is so rewarding. My focus on CBT and evidence-based practice helps people see concrete improvements.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and empowering. Whether you are managing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, or life transitions, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. Seeking support is a courageous step. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward growth and well-being.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT, is my favorite modality of therapy. I have specialized in CBT for the past 13 years and find that the results people can achieve with it are amazing. I integrate CBT into most treatment plans to allow individuals to build up their skills to use independently in their day to day lives, whenever they need them.
Psychoeducation
Psychoeducation can be an important part of the therapeutic process. The more an individual can understand their mental health symptoms and the patterns they display, the better their self awareness and targeted use of coping skills.
