On our first session, we will begin our journey to developing a trusting partnership where we discuss your needs and what you would like to see improve in your life within the next couple of weeks or months. You can expect a calm and comforting environment where you can be yourself with acceptance and no judgments.

Through my years of experience, I have been able to work with clients to identify the root cause of their thoughts or behaviors and work with them to address and promote healing. I strive to create a safe place where my clients are seen, heard, and valued.
