I’m a Certified Play Therapist with a passion for supporting children and teens. My approach is grounded in Child-Centered Play Therapy, and the Gestalt/Oaklander Method, both treating the inner world of children with deep respect and patience. I’ve had the privilege of training at JFCS in Long Beach, the CSULB Community Counseling Center, and The Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills. I’ve also supported students in schools throughout Long Beach, Compton, Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and Beverly Hills—experiences that have given me a rich understanding of the diverse needs of youth and their families.

Children and teens can expect a calm, welcoming space where they lead the way. I follow their cues, letting play or conversation unfold at their pace to support trust, expression, and growth.

Play Therapy

As a certified play therapist, I implement Child-Centered Play Therapy and the Gestalt/Oaklander method to help children and teens express emotions, process events, build confidence, and heal through creative means.

Child Parent Psychotherapy

I use Child Parent Psychotherapy to strengthen the parent-child relationship. This approach helps caregivers better understand their child's needs while building a stronger, more secure bond.

Sandplay

I use sandtray techniques to support children and teens in expressing themselves, exploring relationships, and building awareness through playful, attachment-based methods

Family Therapy

I use family therapy to strengthen communication, increase understanding, and support healthy connection among family members through collaboration and guided interaction

Gestalt

I am proud to use the Oaklander method to help children and teens express thoughts and feelings through creative play, art, and sensory experiences , building self-esteem, awareness, confidence, and emotional clarity
