Welcome! My name is Sami, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor here to support you in finding your favorite version of yourself. I offer a holistic approach that connects the dots between your mental, physical, and emotional health. We will work to build your confidence in managing daily life, reduce the intensity of trauma symptoms, and reconnect you with the things that bring you joy. Our sessions will also explore the powerful role that nutrition and exercise play in your overall well-being and resilience. Leveraging my unique experience as a former Division I athlete, coupled with my degrees in Exercise Science and Mental Health Counseling, and my certification as a Personal Trainer, I guide others on the path to becoming their favorite self.
