I have discovered Greg is a responsible, caring person who relates to my difficulties. He is tuned in to my needs. His responses are inspiring. He brings up things that help me to think and do differently (i.e., reframe). He puts my needs first and makes me feel comfortable enough to let go and try. My ‘needs first’ might be something I don’t want to do, but need to do, think, feel, process, etc.
