Hi! I'm a board-licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I received my Master's in Psychiatry and Mental Health from the University of Cincinnati, and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Barry University, and I have been practicing for 3 years. I help clients struggling with mental health challenges by providing therapy/ medication management. I currently support clients in Florida, Arizona, and Washington.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is typically a comprehensive evaluation to gather information about your mental health history, current symptoms, and the goal of seeking treatment/ therapy. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, express concerns, and collaborate on a treatment plan. Initial appointment lasts 60-90 minutes. Subsequent follow-ups last 30-45 minutes.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise, holistic care, and therapeutic skills to mental health practice. I provide comprehensive, patient-centered care that addresses both mental and physical health needs. My clientele comes with various conditions, including depression and mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, trauma-ptsd, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. I offer a combination of psychotherapy and medication management to best attain your therapeutic goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with a broad range of clients across the lifespan, from young to older adults, with varying mental health needs. My clients are eager to work on themselves, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their struggles.
