(she/her)
I’m a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of nursing experience and 18 years as an NP. I take a holistic, whole-person approach to mental health, recognizing the deep connection between physical and emotional well-being. While I have a special passion for supporting high school and college students, as well as first responders, nurses, and other caregivers, I truly enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life. I offer both conventional medication management and integrative options like supplements and lifestyle support. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered in your healing journey.
Before our first session, you’ll complete intake paperwork to help me better understand your background and current concerns. Our first appointment typically lasts about an hour. During this time, I’ll focus on getting to know you—your story, your symptoms, and what you’re comfortable sharing. I ask thoughtful questions to gain a full picture of your mental and physical health, always at your pace. We’ll also explore initial support options, which may include medication, supplements, or lifestyle changes. I take a careful, thorough approach to diagnosis, which often takes more than one session—I don’t rush the process. My goal is for you to feel safe, heard, and supported from the very beginning of your care journey.
My greatest strengths are deep listening and genuine empathy. I see each client as a whole person and create a space where they feel safe, heard, and understood. With decades of experience—and personal insight from living with anxiety and ADHD—I blend clinical knowledge with compassion to guide thoughtful, individualized care.
My ideal clients are individuals who feel anxious, uneasy, depressed, unfocused, scattered, or stuck—as if there’s a wall in front of them they just can’t push through. I work especially well with high school and college students navigating identity, pressure, and life transitions, as well as first responders, nurses, and other caregivers experiencing burnout, emotional exhaustion, or compassion fatigue. Many of my clients describe feeling mentally scattered, overwhelmed, or like they just can’t focus. I’ve personally lived with anxiety, panic disorder, and ADHD since age 8, so I understand how deeply these challenges can affect every part of life. Because of this, I’m passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and truly understood. Whether through medication, supplements, or lifestyle-based strategies, we’ll work together to develop a plan that helps you feel more centered, focused, and in control of your mental health.
I provide a holistic approach to care, offering both conventional prescription treatments and supplement-based options to support overall wellness. I take the time to truly listen and ensure each patient feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their journey.
