Sometimes life becomes challenging. We get sad, depressed, overwhelmed, and often we can’t seem to get back to our “old self.” Sometimes we just need someone to talk through our feelings with no judgment. Therapy is a great way to navigate through these feelings and experiences and I look forward to working through it with you. I have worked with a variety of individuals from different ages and backgrounds in a school setting, inpatient psych, and outpatient therapy. I have worked with individuals and families to overcome battles with trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, life transitions and relationship issues. I will work with you to help you identify areas of growth, build inner strength, improve wellness, and accomplish your personal goals. Let’s work together on putting you first, without feeling guilty about it. Everyone deserves to live a life filled with pleasure, purpose and meaning.

When I am not with clients, I am likely with my dogs, spending time with loved ones, or traveling to different baseball stadiums!
First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, start building the foundation of therapy together and began building rapport. We will complete the assessment process, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. We will work together to build a plan best suited to fit your needs.
Strengths
My biggest strength is creating a safe and supportive space for my clients. I bring empathy and prioritize building rapport to better meet the needs and goals of my clients. I pride myself on my ability to easily connect with most people, and hope to do so with you!
