In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In a safe, non judgmental environment, we will work together utilizing cognitive behavioral tools to learn the necessary coping skills to building a better you. We will develop treatment goals that will guide our work together. Whether or time together is short or long, we will review your progress every couple of weeks to help ensure we are working on what's important to you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My passion for helping others is one of my greatest strengths. The ability to create a non-judgmental, empathetic, and confidential environment for people such as yourself is fueled by my belief that every individual deserves a space where emotions and experiences can be explored.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a structured, evidence-based treatment to help clients identify and modify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. Treatment focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, with an emphasis on developing practical coping skills and problem-solving strategies. Interventions include cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, skills training, and between-session practice to support symptom reduction and improved functioning. CBT is delivered in a collaborative, goal-oriented manner and is tailored to each client’s needs, values, and clinical presentation.

I started seeing Noemi when I was struggling with losing weight and getting triggered by the process. She helped me develop little goals toward better health and manage work stress better. She helps me center and take care of myself in difficult work and personal situations which helps me manage my depression and anxiety. She is very genuine, realistic and supportive and I highly recommend her as a practitioner.
