My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Our thought patterns have a big impact on how we feel. When our negative thoughts lead the way, this leads to increased anxiety and depression. However, I can help you to turn your negative thoughts into positive thoughts, thereby helping you to have fewer symptoms of anxiety and depression and a greater sense of well-being.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

In my clinical practice, I use DBT approach to help clients with depression, anxiety, and other difficulties with emotional regulation. DBT techniques, such as mindfulness, help clients to stay tuned into the present moment and to stay centered.

Psychodynamic

Unresolved trauma can keep clients trapped in the past. In my practice, I utilize a psychodynamic approach and help clients work through past traumas and heal.
