** I work with anyone residing outside of LA County** Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have been practicing for about 6 years. I graduated from Cal State Long Beach and I help clients become the best versions of themselves. I have experience in working with people who have serious mental health issues and co-occurring disorders, depression, anxiety, and grief. I believe that the client is the expert in their own lives and I am here to assist them achieve their goals in a positive way.
The first session is to complete any paperwork, go over privacy and HIPPA practices, and to get an understanding of expectations from therapy and basic understanding of client issues.
I have my own lived experience that gives me empathy and deep understanding of certain issues. I love what I do and helping clients achieve their goals.
I like working with individuals who benefit from talk therapy and are open to a new perspective. My focus in school was adulthood and aging. Every client is unique and I am grateful for the experience to work with many different populations. My ideal client is punctual and consistent. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is very important and needs to be treated with mutual respect.

I was nervous at first, she made me feel very welcomed, right off the bat told me what the appointment was going to be about. It was like catching up with a friend instead of a an appointed for mental health!
