About me

Hello and welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating challenges such as depression, trauma, or difficulties stemming from relationships and family dynamics. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood, and where we can work together to explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect to your experiences and needs. I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach rooted in evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered care. Together, we’ll identify practical coping strategies, build resilience, and work toward emotional well-being in a way that feels meaningful to you. I strive to empower clients to be the driver of their own journey, while providing guidance, support, and challenges at a pace that feels comfortable.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding your goals for therapy. This is a safe space to share what’s on your mind, explore challenges, and talk about what you hope to achieve. I’ll ask questions to learn more about your experiences, and together we’ll begin identifying strategies that support your growth. You are the driver of your own journey, and my role is to empower you with tools, insights, and guidance to navigate the path forward with confidence.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space while genuinely connecting with each client. I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and strengths-based methods to help clients build practical skills, increase self-awareness, and navigate challenges effectively. I am compassionate and collaborative, yet I also challenge clients, at a pace that feels comfortable, to step out of their comfort zone and grow. My focus is on empowering you as the driver of your own journey and supporting meaningful, lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve clients who are ready to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe, supportive space. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, as well as those seeking guidance in building coping skills, improving relationships, or finding balance in life. I work with clients who are motivated to grow, open to self-reflection, and looking for practical strategies that align with their values and goals. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
