I believe that something special happens when you stop trying to leave parts of yourself behind. In our relationship, I serve as a partner in your healing and growth, helping you move from a state of 'fixing' to one of authentic evolution. We work together to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be, ensuring that your mind, body, and life systems are finally working in harmony rather than in conflict.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our work begins with a focus on "landing" and tuning into what your body and intuition already know. My process is focused on helping you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be by identifying the "results" your life is currently getting without judgment. We use these as data points to begin designing purposeful experiments, moving at a pace that honors your nervous system so you can stop "pushing through" and start authentically evolving.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I understand what it's like when traditional approaches miss something crucial. As someone who's navigated recovery from complex PTSD and a late AuDHD diagnosis, I know that finding what’s right for you isn’t easy and what works changes over time. • Systems Redesign: I don't just treat symptoms; I help you identify and redesign the invisible structures and mismatched systems that keep you stuck. • Neuro-Affirming Partnership: I provide a space where being "wired differently" is respected, focusing on navigation and discovery rather than a forced destination. • Purposeful Experimentation: I guide you through creative, low-pressure experiments to find what actually works for your unique life systems. • Professional Systems-Thinking: With 6+ years as a corporate UX Researcher, I know you can’t just throw generic advice at a career problem. I help you design experiments that reveal what actually works in your specific professional environment.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with clients who often feel their nervous system has its own logic and find that standard advice often makes things worse: • Anxiety, Trauma, & Neurodivergence: For those living with ADHD, autism, or trauma who are tired of trying to force one-size-fits-all solutions. • Navigating Life Transitions: For those at a crossroads where the old map doesn’t work and the new one isn’t clear yet. • Helpers, HSPs, & Empaths: For the space-holders and pattern-seers who know what everyone else needs but find that clarity disappears when it comes to themselves.

My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

In our work together, I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you get to know the different 'parts' of yourself (like the ones that feel anxious, the ones that protect you, or the ones that carry old wounds). Rather than trying to 'fix' these parts, we approach them with curiosity and compassion. This allows us to heal at a pace that feels safe for your nervous system, helping you return to a place of inner calm and clarity.

Somatic

I use Somatic therapy to bridge the gap between the mind and the body. By bringing awareness to physical sensations and learning to soothe the nervous system in real-time, we can transform how you respond to stress and trauma. My goal is to help you move from a state of 'survival' into a body that feels like a safe and peaceful home.

Experiential Therapy

I use Experiential therapy to help us move beyond just talking about your challenges. This approach involves using creative activities to help you process emotions in 'real-time.' By experiencing success and safety during our sessions, you can build the internal muscle memory needed to handle difficult situations in the outside world with more confidence.
