My goal is for you to feel more confident in navigating life’s complexities, with a deeper sense of clarity and personal growth. You’ll also gain insight into your own strengths, helping you take meaningful steps toward the life you want to create.

What matters most is that you feel seen, supported, and not alone in therapy. I’m not a passive listener- I show up with you. No pain is too messy, no story too much. We’ll move at your pace and face the hard stuff together, so you can feel grounded, connected, and like yourself again. Starting therapy can feel weird or intimidating - I get it. You don’t need to have the perfect words or a five-step plan. Just come as you are. I’ll meet you with honesty, compassion, and the kind of support that actually helps. As a therapist, I’ve found mindfulness-based approaches to be profoundly grounding, both for my clients and myself. In our session together, we will talk about the science of mindfulness and how present-moment awareness can help interrupt cycles of anxiety, depression, or rumination.
