I can help you get unstuck, ditch your guilt, and love your people better. I will also help you strengthen your boundaries and healing your past so that you can be your best self. In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Together we will interweave many piece so that we can heal the past, change your present and prepare you for the future you deserve! Therapy is a team effort, I am not the expert, you are the expert in your own life! I'm your guide to help you get where you want to go. The result of all of this is that you are healing the core issues that keep surfacing in your life instead of putting a bandaid on it. Let's get to the root of the problem!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What matters most is that you feel seen, supported, and not alone in therapy. I’m not a passive listener- I show up with you. No pain is too messy, no story too much. We’ll move at your pace and face the hard stuff together, so you can feel grounded, connected, and like yourself again. Starting therapy can feel weird or intimidating - I get it. You don’t need to have the perfect words or a five-step plan. Just come as you are. I’ll meet you with honesty, compassion, and the kind of support that actually helps. If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again, I’d be glad to be in your corner.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

In a world where many of us live on autopilot, constantly reacting to stress and distraction, mindfulness offers a return to the present moment — a space where healing, insight, and choice become possible. As a therapist, I’ve found mindfulness-based approaches to be profoundly grounding, both for my clients and myself. In our session together, we will talk about the science of mindfulness and how present-moment awareness can help interrupt cycles of anxiety, depression, or rumination.
