Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois with ten years of professional work experience in mental health. This experience includes internship, post graduate training, and licensure. Additionally, I am also a Registered Play therapist (RPT). I specialize in working with kids, teens, and young adults, supporting them through a variety of life's stressors.
During our first session together, we will start with brief introductions about myself and therapy process. Additionally, we will review paperwork and then we will dive into the specific challenges that you are facing. Lastly, we will create treatment goals for us to work towards in follow-up sessions. Your first appointment will be scheduled for ninety minutes. However, the appointment may run shorter or longer depending on how much information we need to review during your first appointment.

I have experience in helping clients with Autism, ADHD, stress and anxiety, family conflicts, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, depression and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
