I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and DNP with a graduate degree from Molloy University. I have experience working with adolescents and adults facing various complex mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, panic disorders, grief, and relationships concerns, in multiple settings. I provide coaching and medication management services to help people overcome their mental health challenges.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. My clients will leave sessions feeling hopeful. They will understand the treatment plan and know with a combined effort, I can help them achieve their highest level of functioning.
