New to Grow
I’m a licensed therapist with a background in education and school counseling, dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging transitions with clarity and confidence. As a first-generation Latino and UCLA graduate, my lived experience shapes a culturally responsive and empathetic approach to care. With over a decade of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults, I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. Through Easy Peasy Counseling, I create a supportive, approachable space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools for growth.
The first session is really just about getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, no pressure to have it all figured out. You set the pace here, so you can share as much or as little as you’re ready for. My goal is to create a space that feels real, easy, and safe enough for things to unfold naturally.
My greatest strengths are creating a space that feels real, laid-back, and judgment-free, where you don’t have to filter yourself or pretend you have it all together. I blend compassion, unapologetic empowerment, and honesty, while helping you feel supported, but also gently challenging the patterns that keep you stuck. My approach is collaborative and insightful, so you’re not just talking, you’re actually building confidence and learning about tools you can use in real life.
At Easy Peasy Counseling, I’m best positioned to support teens, young adults, or Queer BIPOC individuals who feel overwhelmed by life transitions, anxiety, depression, or unhelpful patterns they can’t seem to break. My ideal clients are ready to keep it real open to exploring their emotions, challenging old narratives, and building healthier ways of coping. They may feel stuck, lost, or disconnected, but they’re looking for a space that feels genuine, empowering, and judgment-free.
