LPC, 9 years of experience
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 9 years of experience serving women throughout Texas. I only counsel women as this is my ministry. My passion lies in helping women who feel weighed down by stress, anxiety, low motivation, self-doubt, depression, or the challenges of life transitions. I believe every woman deserves a safe space where her voice is heard, her struggles are honored, and her strengths are brought to light. In our work together, you will find a therapeutic relationship rooted in respect, compassion, and sensitivity. I take a highly personalized approach, tailoring every session and treatment plan to meet your unique needs and goals. Therapy with me is not a one-size-fits-all experience—it is a collaborative journey designed to empower you, build resilience, and restore confidence. I know that seeking counseling takes tremendous courage, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you. Together, we will uncover the tools, clarity, and inner strength you need to move forward toward a life of greater balance, fulfillment, and joy.
Starting therapy can feel both exciting and a little intimidating, especially if it’s your first time. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself. Our First Session We’ll begin with a brief introduction and talk about what led you to seek therapy at this time. I’ll invite you to share the challenges you’re experiencing and the goals you’d like to work toward. Together, we’ll identify your priorities so I can create a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs. Follow-Up Sessions In future sessions, we’ll work step by step through the goals we’ve outlined, focusing on building insight, practical tools, and healthier ways of coping. I’ll provide you with strategies and resources you can use in your daily life, while also helping you process and work through deeper patterns that may be holding you back. The Journey Therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about empowering you to uncover your strengths, embrace your worth, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Progress can look different for everyone, but with consistency and openness, you will begin to see meaningful changes in how you feel and how you navigate life.
"After nine years of working with adult women, I’ve learned how to help them uncover what’s really holding them back and put together a plan that actually works."
I specialize in helping women navigate challenges such as stress, anxiety, low motivation, self-esteem, confidence, co-dependency, self-love, self-compassion, self-awareness, depression, relationship struggles, body dysmorphia, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to move forward on their personal journey. They are often eager to grow and improve, but haven’t yet discovered the tools or strategies to make lasting change. My role is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can gain insight, learn effective coping skills, and build the confidence to become the best version of yourself. I find it deeply rewarding to walk alongside women in this process—empowering them to break free from what holds them back and guiding them toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-acceptance.
I am a Christian counselor with 8 years of experience. How I use Christian counseling in a session is by integrating traditional talk therapy methodologies with Christian belief practices by incorporating theological concepts. My focus is on the navigation of spiritual concerns and everyday life struggles encountered by Christians.
I have been a CBT therapist, for eight years. My experience as a CBT therapist is that I see that this form of treatment changes lives through retraining your brain. In session, I will encourage you to talk about your thoughts and feelings and what's troubling you. Don't worry if you find opening up about your feelings hard. As your therapist, I can help you gain more confidence and comfort. CBT generally focuses on specific problems, using a goal-oriented approach. As you go through the therapy process, your therapist may ask you to do homework — activities, reading or practices that build on what you learn during your regular therapy sessions — and encourage you to apply what you're learning in your daily life.
