I am happy you're here! I am a therapist who has worked predominately with justice-involved individuals. It is through my time providing therapy in this community, that I found trauma, depression, and anxiety to be the common diagnoses while reintegrating into life after custody.

First session
It is important to note that this is not an easy journey and it takes the two of us to get to the goal. As such, I will ask most of the questions, but will leave space for you to inquire about my practice as well!

Because of my extensive work in the forensic field for the past 5 years, I am an amazing listener who can provide sustainable skills to assist with problem identification and attainable goals for long-term progress.

I love working with individuals who are open and willing to work together to make the changes necessary for a more peaceful path. I feel therapy is a two-way process and just as you learn from me, I am learning from you.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have taken an in-depth training course to practice and problem-solve utilizing CBT. In my practice, I utilize CBT and a client-centered approach to guiding clients through their concerns. We will always meet in the middle and challenge thought processes throughout our time together.
