In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Clients can expect to review their reason for therapy or complete any outstanding paperwork needed to begin their therapeutic journey. I will also take this time to overview my therapeutic style and whether we are a good fit.

I am here to support you during your therapeutic journey. In assessing the needs of my clients and using different approaches based on each individual. I have experience working in schools, Trauma Centers, and Community Outpatient/inpatient facilities for adults teens, and children. We all deserve healing- I offer unique services that hold space for all of you.

My strengths include connecting with people from diverse backgrounds genuinely and assisting them in identifying and building on their strengths, improving resiliency, and ultimately helping you in navigating your therapeutic journey to a fuller life which is more satisfying.
