New to Grow
I genuinely love the work I do and I love to laugh. If we work together, you can expect growth, honesty, and moments of levity along the way. I don’t believe coaching or therapy is a one-size-fits-all process. It’s not linear, and it’s not formulaic. My work is tailored to you—your goals, your patterns, and what’s getting in your way. Working with me is an invitation to gain clarity about who you are, where you want to go, and what may be quietly holding you back. One of the most common barriers I see is internal/ mental habits and beliefs that once served a purpose but now act as roadblocks or self-sabotage. Together, we work to loosen those patterns so you can move through life in alignment with yourself rather than in opposition. This work requires engagement, honesty, and accountability—but it’s also deeply rewarding. Clients often report decreased anxiety, depression, mood instability, and feelings of loneliness, along with increased confidence, emotional balance, and self-trust. Many notice improvements in their relationships, communication, and ability to handle conflict, as well as greater clarity and momentum in their careers. Most importantly, clients leave feeling more grounded, capable, and at ease—with themselves and with others.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Think of our first session as a reset for your creative brain and nervous system. We’ll name what’s true, make space for what’s stuck, and turn your scattered ideas into something you can actually move with. Expect depth, warmth, a little laughter, and a clear path forward—without forcing anything that isn’t ready.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strengths as a clinician are creating a space where people feel genuinely safe, deeply understood, and never judged. I’m highly attuned to both what’s being said and what’s underneath it, and I help clients make sense of their patterns with clarity and compassion. I balance emotional depth with practical support so you can leave sessions feeling grounded, empowered, and more connected to yourself.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal client is someone who’s ready to do real, meaningful inner work—with honesty, curiosity, and a willingness to be engaged in the process. You’re high-functioning on the outside, but internally you may feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, anxiety, or emotional ups and downs that quietly keep you from fully showing up as yourself. You want clarity, confidence, and stronger relationships—and you’re ready to stop repeating the same cycles that once protected you but now hold you back. If you’re open to a tailored approach (not a cookie-cutter formula), value accountability, and appreciate a little humor and lightness along the way, we’ll work well together.
Experiential Therapy
In my work as a therapist, I use experiential therapy to help clients move beyond talking about their experiences and instead gently experience, express, and process emotions in the moment—in a safe, supported way. I guide clients through exercises like guided imagery, role-play, somatic awareness, creative expression, or chair work to access what’s happening beneath the surface and give it language, meaning, and movement. This approach helps clients build insight through felt experience, practice new ways of relating to themselves and others, and create lasting change that isn’t just intellectual—it’s embodied.
